A mobile dance studio that comes directly to you!

Kay's Dance Movement (KDM)  created an enriching dance program that brings a trained dance instructor into the school setting, where the students can take dance along with their school friends.

Often dance classes for school children occur during working hours and can make it very difficult for parents to get their children to class in the middle of the day. KDM teaches students in your child's school facility providing all proper dance education, activities, and performances with you not having to take them.

Dance provides so many positive attributes.  Nurturing creativity and cognitive development. Self-confidence so that your child will show independence and discipline. Develop coordination with movement. Build trust between the students and their peers fostering teamwork and cooperation. Performing arts to showcase what they have learned in front of audiences.

Kay Worthington, Artistic Director

Dance has been my passion as long as I can remember. Taking classes over the years, all I wanted to do was be the one teaching them. Now watching the joy on students' faces when they dance makes my heart soar! Students in my classes will develop creativity, individuality, proper technique, teamwork skills and build trust. My classrooms are full of high energy, passionate, challenging, and refreshing learning. I am blessed to do what I love for a living and share that with my students.”

Kay carried her passion to college where she attended the University of Central Oklahoma in the Dance Education Program. She has performed in various productions and worked with national acclaimed choreographers. Her choreography has won platinum in multiple competitions National Dance Championships. Kay has over 25 years of dance experience including ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, modern, theater and contemporary dance styles.
